S.C.I.A. was founded in the third-quarter of 1993 as an information gathering group for project analysis, design, and troubleshooting. This organization has since divided into autonomous intelligence gathering, security consultation, advisory oversight, and financial appropriation entities which address the needs held by select clientele and law enforcement. The SCIA operates under a variety of undisclosed identities and cooperatively with other groups in full and transparent adherence to U.S. and International applicable laws. The SCIA also works both freelance and under paid contract to monitor activity on networks, servers, websites, and online communities to locate potential security threats and vulnerabilities, conduct penetration testing, archive information, and address concerns regarding privacy and intellectual property. The SCIA is managed by a private council serving the interests of select individuals, corporations, organizations, institutions, communities, and agencies.
